COURSE DESCRIPTION
Change is inevitable in today’s complex and competitive business world. In addition, the scope and the speed of change in today’s organizations are also impacted by rapidly shifting economic, social, environmental, and technological forces. The success of an organization in adaptation to change depends on its ability to quickly and cost-effectively adapt, innovate and evolve. However, adapting to change is sometimes challenging for both people and organizations. Change process requires effective change management, which are the principles and practices applied to both the process implementation and the people executing the change in organizational settings.
The Change Management program is designed to provide learners with required skills for planning, implementing, leading, and sustaining organizational change. The students will learn principles of change management together with the tools and techniques to understand how to gain their employee commitment and overcome resistance, and how to inspire them to embrace change.
